Update on Orange & Mozzarella Starter

Remember the Orange & Mozzarella Starter I made in December 2016? I had initially wanted to make that with blood oranges (moro oranges) but wasn’t able to get any, so made it with plain oranges instead.

I just found blood oranges at the market on Friday and immediately remembered that great starter. I bought some blood oranges that on opening and cutting turned out to have the most vibrant and beautiful colour, and they tasted great to boot.

So today’s lunch was Blood Orange & Mozzarella Starter, and I bought enough oranges and mozzarella to have more of this fabulous treat later this week.
